The Real Facts Behind the Inflation in India.

Hi Friends ,

I want you to be aware of the real factors which are affecting the inflation. All political leaders and educated people are blaming the present government  and accounting it for the soaring prices. Certainly, it is not the fact. It is the worst criticism on government.  The whole blame should not go to the government. I want you to realize how inflation raised too high.

The inflation crisis embarked from USA in last year and the production supply came down dramatically in petroleum products. It has happenned due to the war with Iraq. The prices started to soar and the government had no control on it. People were not able to pay back their outstanding loans. Defaulters number has gone up. And employment came down day by day.  The long term inflation sustained and affected the USA economy. Finally it turned into sub-prime crisis. Let me explain how it affected the global economy and the current situation in India.
  • One unnoticed fact is 'the earning ratio of meddle class family has increased considerably'. Due to this increase, demand towards the food products, infrastructure has increased drastically. But the government failed to match the production rate within this short period. Meanwhile, imports from other nations like USA, UK have come down due to high global inflation.
  • Let us try to see how the usage of 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers increased. Rather than blaming some one else, let us try to understand how the problem has started.
  • It's shame on political leaders for blaming to each other, rather than find the solution for the crisis. It’s disgraceful to say some of highly educated politicians are blaming the present government to get some political advantage from it. This inflation crisis is ambiguous to understand for the ordinary person. I guess many of political leaders themselves are not aware of the global crisis but they always talk about it with out proper idea about the global crisis. We should accept the fact which was the side-effect of our economy growth.
  • The blame should also go to media. Media completely failed to educate people about the global crisis. The worst scenario is media targeting the government.  Media is opening mouth along with political leaders in criticizing some one for the inflation.

I don’t want to talk about the politics here.  But what happenned to all the educated people who are working for MNCs? Why don't we realizing how the prices has been rising? We will be very happy when our salary suddenly increase too high, but we are not aware that the sudden hike is affecting  the inflation .This is time for all political leaders to join together and help the nation sail out from this crisis. And political leaders are supposed to educate us about the whole crisis.

Hi Madhav,
I truly support your argument. We are the people working in IT company may not bother much about increase food product cost but some people who earns 5k to 10k salary severely suffers by this inflation. Still in India majority of people are middle class, for them this is considerable
