The Caption of Castrol bike zone is "World Class Service" but the service that they are providing is "World's Worst Service".

I am using TVS APACHE bike since one year. I had not used the bike for past few months. I have some minor problem with my bike. The problems were like pick-up, milage and a noise from engine. I gave the bike for servicing in TVS showroom. But the problems were not rectified.
As we know the service which is provided by company service points, I inquired my friends about the problems with my bike and one of my friends has advised me to get the service from Castrol bike zone at S.R Nagar, Hyderabad (mahie bike franchise of Castrol). The brand is well known to all and I expected a world class service from it. I explained the problem with service engineer, I requested him not replace the spare parts since it’s a one year old bike.
In the evening, I got call from the service provider that the bike got repaired .I went for a trial with engineer but the noise from the engine still not rectified... I discussed with engineer about the problem and he told that there was manufacturing defect in the engine and it will cost me around Rs.3000 to get it repaired. The problems which I have explained to him not got rectified and he was arguing with me saying that they provided good service. I went to TVS Showroom regarding that problem and explained it to the engineer there. I have been asked to replace the clutch plates which costed me around 300 bucks, and the problem has been rectified. I called the Castrol service provider and I explained how the problem has been rectified.
Friends the service is too bad. Castrol bike has 3 predefined services and the 3 services are just for name sake.
The brand name will speak more than service. Moral of the story - 'Don't be blinded with great brands. Brands need not reflect the real service.'
