WORKING LOT.... STRUGGLING LOT.... BUT no HIKS in SALRARIES.....
Its very Pathetic Story from TCS...
Salary got decreased when compare to my previous year package.. this year it got DECREASED.... i think this will happen in one and only comp name TCS(TATA BRAND).
People will get their appraisals based on their performance .. but in TCS.. it will be based on diffrnt categories like.. your superior, bench period, HR people( they wont give any project at the time of appraisals... then they will say ki U R ON THE BENCH.. u will get default rating( as default rating people will get less variable pay) Obviuos ur salary will decrease... etc..
I have worked for 2 projects in 11months(ofcourse got appriciation mails from client side, at offshore too.. for my performance)... but at the time of apraisal time i was on the bench(only one month..) i got default rating..to my surprise my salary got DECREASED... :(
If he(TCS) would have fired... i would have search for better JOb( means better salary..) .. :(
